- Keep the vegetables ready.
- Heat a Kadhai and put oil when hot add in the chopped onion, green chillies, ginger & garlic. SautƩ well for a few minutes.
- Then add the turmeric powder,salt and chilli powder and mix well
- Later add chopped tomatoes and capsicum. Let it cook for a few minutes.
- Then add the boiled potato. Mash it with your hands and add it. Then put the schezwan chutney in it. And mix everything well.
- Cook for a minute then turn off the heat.
- Keep the bread and cheese slices ready
- Now take little potato mixture apply on one slice put a cheese slice on top and close it with another bread slice.
- Apply ghee or butter on top. Heat a grill pan and then place the bread on the pan and grill them from both sides till nice and crisp.
- Serve hot with tea or coffee
